Return & Exchange Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem queeen, you have 7 days from your delivery date to return for store credit. Returns are only accepted when the item is unworn and in its original condition, tags must also be attached. However, exceptions can be made in the following situations wrong item received, damaged item, item not as described, or when the item isn’t true to size.
RETURN FEE IS COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
Discounted items are FINAL SALE, due to that they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.
