  1. Q: How long does it take for my items to ship?
    A: processing time takes 3-5 business days, but it’s usually sooner.

  2. Q: When are orders shipped?
    A: Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your order is shipped.

  3. Q: Do you provide expedited shipping?
    A: Yes, however,  this option does not speed up processing time, it only speeds it up in shipping time.

  4. Q: Do you refund the shipping charge?
    A: Unfortunately we do not return postage/shipping charges.

  5. Q: Can I  “pick up” my order  if located in the same state/city?
    A: Yes, pick up is available if located in the same state/city.

  6. Q: Can I return/exchange an item?
    A: Unfortunately this option is currently unavailable due to the current pandemic. However, exceptions can be made in certain situations such as the following: wrong item received, damaged item, or when item isn’t true to size.
